The Preservation Alliance of Baltimore County is hosting a tour of the old Towson Jail (now referred to as Bosley Hall) along with a discussion about Adaptive Reuse with Commercial Tax Credits.  Tour the jail  and learn how tax credits made this commercial endeavor financially viable.  Talk with Marty and/or Tony Azola, Manager of the project, and Karin Brown, Department of Planning, to find out how it was done.
